Honeybees can be said as the most famous bee species. They are pretty small in size and commonly black but also come with other colors as well, such as a brown yellow. These sociable bees have a queen bee who they work to protect and serve.

Parasitic Bees

Parasitic bees are able to be one bee species that many people have not heard. As the name says, these bees don’t look for food or build nests by themselves, but applying other bees’ nests and food. The eggs or larvae of the host female are usually killed by the parasitic female or her larvae. Females of parasitic bees do not have pollen brushes or pollen baskets actually.

Digger Bees

Digger bees are bee species that posses long tongues and fly very fast. This is one of the most distinguishable features between this bee species and other bees. They are also considered as a part of the digger bee family.
